Men's Pernese Costume Contest

The men were sent out of the room so the audience could vote.  Upon returning they decided to trump the congo line the women did with a can-can.

And the winner is...

Unfortunately I didn't note down his name, but the winner did have a truly impressive costume, good to the last detail.  Though some would claim he won on the merits of his backside view, graciously displayed on demand to the delight of much of the voting audience.
