Cheryl's European Adventure

I took my first trip out of the country in May 2002.  This trip was mostly about the chance to finally meet my long-term net friends Hans & Anneli in person, and also to meet author Anne McCaffrey, which is why I left my husband behind.  He was also rather too busy with work, but next time I go abroad I promise I'll drag him with!  I spent a lot of the time flying, as you'll see from the itinerary below, but also enough time touring to get a nice feel for each of the countries I visited, and to take quite a lot of photos.  Unless otherwise indicated, all photos were taken by me and are copyright © Cheryl Miller, 2002.  Select a category from the table below to view pictures.  Each sub-category is introduced with a representative image (I've been having way too much fun with Photoshop).
